Festival experiences

Just got back from www.greenbelt.org.uk festival (Christian Arts Festival). I used to go to this every year in younger days, and even managed to drag Ken and Charlie at various times. This year was brilliant – perhaps it was the great weather, and we managed to catch up with Jean, Andy and Ryan for a refreshing shower and tasty lunch. But the site at Cheltenham is a brilliant festival site and there is such a good atmosphere. Got to see plenty of great musicians and completely refreshed the old CD collection. Favourite of the lot so far is Michael McDermott sounds a bit like Bruce Springsteen in his Tunnel of Love era, my favourite period. Kevin Max ex of DC talk was also very good. Will list the rest later on other posts perhaps. Unfortunately we didn’t manage to persuade anyone to come with us from our church. My powers of persuasion are obviously waning…….
